Co-founder and Managing Director , Simple NimbleAmy Kelley is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Simple Nimble. Before co-founding the firm, Amy served as Chief Strategy Officer at the University of Tasmania and spent four years with McKinsey & Company, advising clients across Australasia and the United States on strategy, organisational health and large-scale transformation.
She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an accredited executive coach, and serves on the Lady Gowrie Tasmania Board. Amy's work centres on why sound strategy so often fails to change what people actually do.
