Anne Tosky is a senior People & Culture executive with over 20 years’ experience driving transformation, growth, and culture change across technology, healthcare, financial services, and professional services. She has worked closely with CEOs, boards, and executive teams to design people strategies that accelerate performance, strengthen leadership, and embed high-performing cultures.

Most recently, she was Chief of Staff at Salesforce ANZ, supporting a ~900-person business through double-digit growth, organisational redesign, and leadership culture transformation, helping the region achieve the #2 global sales ranking. Before that, she was Senior Director of Employee Success at Salesforce, leading large-scale workforce transformation, talent management, and leadership development across ANZ and Asia.

Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Anne has made Australia home for over 15 years, settling in Sydney six years ago. Passionate about the future of work, she has completed advanced study in AI strategy and is exploring its practical applications in People & Culture.
