Claritta Peters is the Chief People Officer at Fishbowl in Australia (trading as Thisbowl in the US), an executive leader focused on putting experience at the centre of how businesses perform, grow, and serve their people and customers. 

Before joining Fishbowl, Claritta worked globally in strategy and people consulting, helping organisations across industries build environments where people can thrive, perform at their best, and do work that feels worth showing up for.

She holds degrees from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School) and SOAS, University of London.
