Hanh Lo Aluague is the Human Resources Director – ANZ at Newly Weds Foods, where she partners with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to build strong teams and navigate complex workforce challenges in manufacturing environments.

Having spent most of her career working in fast-paced, predominantly blue-collar businesses, Hanh brings deep experience in industrial relations, compliance, and practical HR solutions that work on the ground. She is passionate about helping leaders make informed decisions that balance people, risk, and commercial outcomes.

Hanh focuses on building the capability of both leaders and HR teams so that HR can truly partner with the business. Her approach is pragmatic, commercially minded, and always focused on creating real impact for the organisation and its people.
