Tania Hector has over 25 years of global HR experience and is widely recognized for her leadership in Talent, Learning, and Leadership Development, as well as for driving complex organisational transformations across diverse regions.
Throughout her career, she has led major HR portfolios across Switzerland, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, East Africa, and Oceania. Her previous roles include serving as Nestlé’s Global Head of Learning & Development and Group HR Director for Nestlé East and Southern Africa, where she played a key role in shaping talent strategies across international markets.
In her current role, Tania acts as a catalyst for AI adoption in the workplace. She focuses on practical, high-impact workforce enablement by embedding AI literacy, redesigning workflows for human-machine collaboration, and ensuring that talent development keeps pace with rapid technological change.
She is known for her ability to translate complex AI concepts into pragmatic, human-centered insights that leaders can immediately apply within their organizations.
