Listed as a 2025 Human Resources Director (HRD) HR Rising Star, Victoria is a strategy, resourcing and culture professional with ten years’ experience across human resources operations and generalist duties including payroll, employee relations, industrial relations, talent acquisition and compensation & benefits in the commercial construction and travel-retail industries. With a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Marketing and Management, a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and a Certified HR Practitioner from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), Victoria is passionate about leading with courage and vulnerability as when people thrive, organisations thrive. Outside of her current role of Head of People & Business Partnering for Heinemann Oceania, you will find Victoria volunteering her time on the NSW State Council for AHRI as Secretary to better strengthen and promote the HR profession.
